This policy applies to all private lesson bookings.
1. Cancellation Timeframe:
- Cancellations made at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
2. Deposit Refund:
- If you cancel your appointment less than 36 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.
3. Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment and do so at least 36 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date, subject to availability.
4. No-Shows:
- Failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
5. Emergencies and Exceptions:
- I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your circumstances and find a suitable solution.
