Alexander Technique can be learned through private lessons, group lessons or a combination of both!
Private lessons are a great way to get focused, undivided attention while group lessons can be an amazing way to receive a combination of personal attention and learn by watching others apply the technique.
Private lessons run for 45minutes and are $90 each.
For performing artists I have a larger space available in Marrickville. Please reach out via email if you’re interested in this option.
